Senior Yard Signs (purchase by March 14)

Senior Yard Signs are available for purchase for $20 until March 14.  Choose between a design with or without a photo to celebrate your senior. Pick up will be announced in April.

After you have ordered, you will receive an email from IHPTSACCP@gmail.com with the upload link.

Before uploading the photo,
  1. Please rename the photo with your senior's first and last name
  2. Check the file size. The minimum file size is 990 KB and maximum size is 10 MB
  3. The file must be original (not cropped), portrait, high resolution  (minimum dimension is 800 x 1200)
  4. Do not use a phone to download a photo (phones resize the photo and do not work well)
The form will ask "Students name as it should appear on the yard sign". Consider if you want the first and and last name, just the first name, etc. Whatever you say is it what will be on the sign.

Updated March 6, 2023

Hello Issaquah High Senior Parents,

Thank you to all who attended the IHS Parent Meeting for PTSA Senior Events on January 30.  Please forward this information to other senior parents who might like to be involved in celebrating seniors.  Here's a summary/update that we are also posting on the PTSA Senior page for now (https://issaquahhighptsa.org/Page/SeniorEvents/Senior%20Events%20Timeline).

1) Senior Yard Signs sales end on March 14th!

2) We will be having a Senior Graduation Party.  To reduce costs, we are doing a late party instead of a full all-night party.   The venue is booked from 10pm-2am; we are looking for bus transportation to and from IHS.  Marcie Lewis and Jen Kodosky have graciously volunteered to be in charge of this event.  Stay tuned for ticket sales in the coming weeks.

Graduation is June 15 at 1 pm at T-Mobile Park; the graduation party would be that evening.  We will publish more (including asking for helpers and chaperones) when details have been nailed down.

3)  Rachel Stoner and Tara Moe have agreed to co-chair the Senior Breakfast.  This is on June 14 around 8:30 AM (before the graduation practice at IHS).   You will see a sign-up genius for food and volunteers closer to that event.

We would love help with these positions below:

1) Senior Slideshow Organizer (This will be shown at the Senior Farewell.  Last year's slideshow was shown at graduation as well.). This includes gathering photos of students and what they are doing next year.  We have a Powerpoint template from last year.

2) Senior Social Media Co-Admin (this requires updating a Senior social media page for parents/seniors and coordinating with PTSA to keep the PTSA website up-to-date).  Toni Hunter has agreed to be the FB Social Media person; we're looking for someone to be her partner to share information to other social media platforms.

3) Senior Farewell Coordinator or Committee.  We decided at the meeting that this event should be short and sweet (half an hour max, have a slideshow, no talent-show portion, followed by a dessert reception).  This would either be June 13 or 14 around 7 PM.  Michele Sevart said she could organize the dessert reception.  Typically, we ask Junior parents to pay-it-forward and supply the desserts.

The Senior Farewell is THE best time to take photos in cap & gown with friends since at graduation, they usher people out of T-Mobile Park quickly to make room for the next graduation.  You will want this photo opportunity!

If you are able to help with any of these, please email issaquahhighptsa@gmail.com.  We'd love to see these things happen!

Thanks!
Wendy and Kim
