Reflections is a National PTA arts recognition program that has inspired millions of students for over 50 years. Each year, students reflect on a theme and create original works of art in one or more categories:

	Dance Choreography	originally choreographed dance composition.
	Film Production	original works, with or without sound, of animation, narrative, documentary, experimental or music video/film.
	Literature	works of fiction, nonfiction, poetry, prose, drama, short stories and lyrics.
	Music Composition	original musical composition, with or without words.
	Photography	color or black and white, included techniques: photogram, negative sandwich, and multiple exposure.
	Visual Art	drawing, painting in tempera, oil, acrylic, watercolor & t-shirt paints, computer generated art, two-dimensional collage, printmaking, needlework & leather tooling.

1. Review the entry guidelines for your category (see below). 
2. Create your original work based on this year’s theme. 
3. On a computer, download, complete, and print the Reflections Student Entry Form. 
   > Note that a Parent/Guardian signature is required for each entry form. 
   
4. Submit your entry (form + project) to the Issaquah High School office by the due date - 📅 Monday, November 2, 2026.
