Reflections is a National PTA arts recognition program that has inspired millions of students for over 50 years. Each year, students reflect on a theme and create original works of art in one or more categories:

	Dance Choreography	originally choreographed dance composition.
	Film Production	original works, with or without sound, of animation, narrative, documentary, experimental or music video/film.
	Literature	works of fiction, nonfiction, poetry, prose, drama, short stories and lyrics.
	Music Composition	original musical composition, with or without words.
	Photography	color or black and white, included techniques: photogram, negative sandwich, and multiple exposure.
	Visual Art	drawing, painting in tempera, oil, acrylic, watercolor & t-shirt paints, computer generated art, two-dimensional collage, printmaking, needlework & leather tooling.

1. Review the entry guidelines for your category (see below). 
2. Create your original work based on this year’s theme. 
3. Download and complete the Reflections Student Entry Form.
4. Submit your entry (form + project) to the Issaquah High School office by the due date - 📅 November 15, 2025.
